The Easymount Sign EM-S1600C has been designed to be simple to operate and to produce high quality results quickly and easily. The system is perfect for even a novice user. Designed for sign makers, the EM-S1600C is ideally suited for cold laminating, mounting prints to boards, applying vinyl’s, application tapes, adhesive films and much more. The mounting thickness can be easily adjusted up to 20mm, so is ideal for foam board applications. Optional installation and training packages are available.
The EM-S1600C can mount and laminate simultaneously and features a reverse mechanism to prevent potential jams. The large diameter silicon rollers ensure even pressure and there is a fixed feed table for easy feeding of prints. A foot pedal option allows hands free operation, making laminating and mounting simple and easy. The EM-S1600C also features variable speed control, lockable wheels for added safety and a double take down unit with neutral position when the rollers engage, as well as a take up mandrel for release liner paper. The EM-S1600C is a low maintenance system capable of producing up to 4 metres per minute.
