Sihl 3609 370 is a 17 mil single-side coated artistic satin canvas for highest quality graphic arts applications printers with eco- and true-solvent inks. Due to the special coating, this high end canvas is suitable for heavy ink loads and uniform area prints also in critical tones. The drying time is excellent and the ink fixation on the surface is optimized. The coated surface is water-repellent and the light-stability with common eco- and true-solvent inks is excellent.
The satin finished inkjet coating is water resistant.
Excellent compatibility with solvent or eco-solvent inks.
Very good drying time, more homogeneous colors and higher color brilliance with solvent coating.
The coating has also the necessary flexibility to avoid cracking when the canvas is stretched over borders.
The product has mainly been designed for long-term indoor applications.
Also suitable for the use with UV-curable inks.
